AICS brings together all members of the cleaning and sanitation community to develop an effective, streamlined strategy for enhancing facility cleanliness.  As the following ISSUES page illustrates, there are many distinct group and issues that must be integrated to achieve optimal performance.

The first step toward improving sanitation is assessment.  How are the various group and issues currently meshing? AICS examines systems and processes according to scientific cleaning principles as well as governmental and industry guidelines to determine if they conform to industry best practices.

For facility service providers, assessment means the evaluation of existing operating structures, products, processes and human resources.  For manufacturers and distributors, it means the evaluation of guidelines to ensure compatibility, determine lowest cost of maintenance, reduce life-cycle costs and protect customer investment.
